November 2011 — A 5-page report composed for the United Nations about the prevalent practice of torture by India’s police officers. Every four years, all 192 UN Member States are subject to the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) by the UN’s Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
